Kate Mercer
Kate creates working environments that allow you, your people and your organisation to produce great results through communication, teamwork and streamlined working practices.
She began her consultancy business in 1990, following a 14-year career in line and project management, training and lecturing, and is an inspiring coach, facilitator and trainer. She is passionate about helping people develop the skills and resources they need to do a great job.
Kate is especially skilled at enabling clients to gain clarity about what they are accountable for delivering – whether individually or as part of a team – and develop action plans which ensure the realisation of their goals.
Kate has lived and worked overseas, speaks German and French, and is skilled in working with people from a wide range of organisations and backgrounds.

Amanda Baines
Amanda has a passion for turning ‘average’ into ‘excellent’, encouraging you to go the extra mile, and producing individuals, teams and an organisation which maximises everyone’s potential and where everyone plays to their strengths.
Amanda combines extensive business experience with long experience of consultancy and coaching. She works with CEOs and senior executives, and their teams, to enable each individual to line up behind the organisation’s goals and together produce outstanding results. You are inspired to motivate your team and drive your business forward; your team members at every level take ownership and achieve their true potential.
Before starting her own consultancy, Amanda worked for 15 years in marketing and sales promotion for a number of Blue Chip Companies. She lived in Madrid for six years and speaks Spanish. She delivers outstanding results through her dynamic coaching, consultancy and facilitation.

Gil Hilleard
Gil spent the first 23 years of his career in a number of large national and multi-national companies in sales and talent management, after which he launched his own consultancy in 1987. Since then he has developed a reputation for facilitation, conflict resolution, and designing and implementing leading edge Change Management and Organisation Development initiatives.
He is also a specialist in client relationship management and cross-cultural collaboration. Gil has delivered international consulting initiatives in Africa, the Middle East and the Far East. He is a Director of Be The Change in Business and a founding Partner of Shine Consulting.
